To make it an E, you would HAVE to climb the stairs and exit from the dirt in the garden...To make it a B, you may use the elevator if you wish, and you would have to exit from the frame of the garden...

Label it as a B&E. Only counts as long as you have one foot on the dirt and one foot on the structure and exit with both feet leaving at exactly the same time. But jump twice if you want it to qualify for your number.
