Relocating
I am contemplating relocating within the next year and am looking for some input on possibilities. Looking for a good BASE scene which doesn't have to be a big one just a cool one, other fun activities within a days drive to enjoy, a small laid back health conscious community that has great farmers markets and local places to eat, nice climate but still has seasons and lots of hot women!

Location - West of the Rockies USA or globally anywhere
Activities - BASE jumping(duh!), speedflying, hiking, sightseeing, exploring, hot women, etc.
Community - Small, health conscious, hot women

Let me know why your area is the best place to live, either here or by PM.

Thanks for the input!

Maybe Jackson, Wyoming, then?

Jackson's kind of expensive to live in, though.

Is Coeur d'Alene, Idaho too big? Or Fort Collins, Colorado?

In my defense, I just missed the comma. I read your requirement as "small women." Tongue

You might also consider Chamonix or Lauterbrunnen. They'd both meet your criteria.

For a potato state, could not believe how many hot chicks there were in Idaho, WTF?

LB? Are you serious? The OP said " Looking for a good BASE scene which doesn't have to be a big one " :)

I do like the PNW. It is on my list to further explore. I've made some jumps in WA. What's the BASE and speedflying scene like in Portland or around there?

CDA is not too big but what kind of BASE scene is there? I spent 4 years about 3hrs north of there and didn't have anyone around to jump with. I know of a few things in the area but not too much.

I'll check out the other areas you mentioned.
Thanks
ps-small women are just fine!

Those are great places but what's the cost of living in those areas? I have not been there in about 13 years, have been traveling to other destinations.

Same for the ITW.

Sorry not into any of that BS, but would love to travel to Iraq for recreational purposes.

Cost of living everywhere in Europe is very high by US standards.

Another thought I just had is that you ought to investigate New Zealand. Some great outdoor recreation activities there, with a small BASE community, and much more reasonable cost of living than Europe.

Tucson or Sedona might be places that would interest you, too.

If cost of living is a major criteria, Twin Falls is the cheapest place I've ever lived. But I don't know how well it would do on the rest of your criteria. Feel free to email/PM/call me if you really want a specific rundown on Twin, though.

Re: [TomAiello] Relocating
I recently moved from SF Bay Area to the Chamonix area and cost of living is significantly cheaper here. Food, rent, education, medical care, ski passes and definitely wine are all less expensive. Gas and electronics are more expensive but then I hike to the wingsuit jump behind my house and those worries seem to drift away.
