2:30. Nate showing us how he rolls. Mine was like 2:40ish. I was on the fence, but this was totally worth a hundred bucks.

I ordered some pictures yesterday and it said to give it up to 24 hours, which has now passed. I'm assuming they are just slammed with a lot of requests? Anyone already ordered and gotten pictures? If so, how long did it take until they sent you the download link?

they'll get them to you for sure, it's a huge undertaking, and someone is processing every order by hand, be patient :)

Working on them. I'm at order #2519 and am only a few hours behind the 24 hour mark.

PLEASE tell me you have help with this photo distribution project!

I don't care if this is 2012, the thought of collecting, organizing, sorting, and posting 27,000 + orderable, images within 36 hours of the event is mind boggling! Then you go on to offer the images for immediate purchase, each order, hand processed.

My order came in at about 26 hours. Phenomenal! The Post Office asks you to please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of a book of stamps!

This was my first Bridge Day. As with everything related to this event, I am extremely impressed with the organization and efficiency involved.

Kudos!

Yes, I have 5 photographers and 1 computer guy. I used to be one of the photographers and do all the uploading, but this year I paid someone else to handle it. I fill all photo orders, though.

We used to sell photos at the event on Saturday night, but this year was the first year we shifted all that to online only. Selling onsite really limited the amount of pics we could take because everything needed to be dumped onto a server and prepped by 6pm that night. Now, we've got it pretty well dialed in and we can get them online really quick. Every year is a learning experience for something. We had one camera that wasn't time synced with the others, so you'll see the crane basket photos after your landing shots. I will realign the times via EXIF data manipulation this week and re-upload them.

In reality, events like this look great on the outside, but they're quite complex on the inside. Plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead.

Thanks for your cool comments.
