Just wondering if there are any Asylum Designs customers out there who know what an average response time is for equipment orders? I placed an order for some gear 3 weeks ago, but haven't heard anything back & been unable to contact via email or phone.

I´ve tried ordering gear, got no reply - went to someone else.
A friend of mine ordered his gear and paid half. Waited for about 6 months then got his money back - went somewhere else.

ive had nothing but awesome customer service from asylum. sometimes it takes a bit for a response, but thats cause marty is busy making magic........


i placed an order for a Blackjack yesterday and was told it should be done by the end of february. when in doubt, keep calling every few days

I've been getting responses very quickly (same day) and stock gear orders arriving within a few days.

Chris, I'm curious why you decided to use a dealer instead of ordering from the manufacturer directly? I've found CR to have the best direct customer service in the BASE industry.

actually there is no particular reason, i suppose i could have contacted CR directly, but i shot marty an email yesterday and he got back to me within the hour, then i placed an order............. everytime ive dealt with asylum its been quick and efficient, and ive never been dissapointed.

I don't think he's taking new orders and giving customers time frames at this point because he is so busy.

I ordered a 40" custom Toxic back in March, still waiting!

Ditto - I placed an order for 2 toxics in April got e-mail confirmation of the order but nothing since.
