I was just looking on TSA's website and took a quick look through TSA's list of prohibited items.

Those fuckers really know how to ruin a trip. Am I being unreasonable or are they really taking it too far when they tell me I have to check my prized meat cleaver, sword, and spear gun instead of carrying them onboard the aircraft.

What's next? Are they going to tell me I can't bring my concrete-cutting chainsaw onboard?

It disturbs me greatly that when I read this the first image that came to mind was me putting some sod on an old lady and then wondering why the fuck I would do that.
