iam after 25 jumps. just recieved my A licence, and wanna buy new gear.
my intensions are BASE and wingsuiting so i dont wanna invest allot of money into skydiving only gear.
can i get a base pc with simple jumpsuit for my skydives until i reach the minimum skydives, and later on buy the wingsuit and use it with the base pc?
if not. what do you recommend.

You should stick to a skyjumping pc for you skyjumping. Wear what ever tickles your fancy when you skyjump. If you are going to get into ws, practice pulling!

The PC is a component of your skydiving rig. You should use the PC that the manufacturer of your container recommends.

The only piece of BASE gear you might want to buy early and practice with is the canopy. Either an actual BASE canopy or a BASE-like canopy (like a Raven) can help you build transferable canopy skills. You'll need a pretty large container to fit one, though.

for windsuit training buy yourself a cheap sleeping bag zip it up close your eyes and run into some trees as fast as you can. do this once or twice and your set to go wingsuit base

*you're even in Australian where everything is upside down!

the sleeping bag has to be waterproof? i heard they are the ones catching wind the best.

When will you be willing to invest in your survival?
Spend the money, take your time, and maybe you won't go in.
P.S. If you are afraid of the costs so far then you would be better off getting out now. It never gets any cheaper.

can i get a 7 cell parachute that will be used for both skydives and BASE jumps?

or even read "getting into BASE" I am doubting you. It's only your life that you are playing with.

Yes. And you can find them pretty cheap, too. Certainly much cheaper than a modern skydiving main.

If you look on the classifieds here or DZ.com you can find lost of old BASE canopies or old 7 cell F-111 skydiving canopies that will work fine for that.

Sure it's good to skydive the BASEcanopy a few times to learn it, but use it as your main?
Why?
Skydiving and BASE are like apples and oranges.

It will get very boring to skydive with a BASEcanopy for a longer period of time.

So again, why?
To save money?

why boring?

Put 100 skydives on a large 7-cell lightly loaded canopy and you will be on your way to answering that question...

i was broke and without a skyrig for a while last year, and ended up buying an old skool giant javelin with a raven 3 in it...............literally after 20 jumps on that thing i was OVER it and ended up selling it.............. when you are jumping barely loaded f-111 7 cells, and taking FOREVER to get down to the ground to hopefully make the next load, it sucks ass.

listen to these people, they know what they are saying. theres nothing wrong with putting some jumps on an F-111 or BASE canopy in the skydive environment but dont use it as a main all the time

unless you're into precision accuracy which is a lot of fun (and cheap).

When you have 25 jumps any expirience ia good.
If that means a perfect landing at dead center, or a off landing with a dented ego and abruise, it's still good.
And what you learn will help you in BASE.
If you would have 200 jumps and asked the same question, I bet people would tell you specific things to learn and do under canopy.
But with 25 jumps, any jump is good.

So doing boring jumps with a slow canopy, that takes ages to get down, and when it's at groundlevel you have barely any flare (less than what newbies need) you will get bored, and probably you will stop skydiving.
HAVE FUN in skydiving and there is a much higher chance that you will make it to the FJC.
Sub 100 jump skydivers are the ones that usually quit, and beeing bored will get you on the list quicker.
