I'm sure every jumper in every state cringes when they hear a newb say they don't wanna burn shit down but they will if they have to! The perrine is 10 hours away, go knock out 30-40 more jumps over a couple trips.. you'll find that you will meet new friends/jumpers and not have to seek them out on this forum.

it wasnt suppose to be a threat. it was meant to be more of a " Im aware of what I shouldnt do" statement. though I cant argue on your perrine suggestion. thought Id at least stick my thumb out and see who bit.

I understand tight lips. I wasnt asking for any site naming. i was looking for pm's about next steps and being a participant. I dont care if Im ground crew just to see how things flow. Im just trying to get exposure. dont get me wrong, I wanna jump, but I know beggers cant be choosers. its about having fun to me, not about being a buzzkill.

There are a few DZs in Colorado. At one of the bigger ones for sure, you might find a few BASE jumpers. Heck, throw a dart at a random 10 skydivers, you might wound 5 BASE jumpers in the process, the odds are that good these days.

You will know who they are because often they have passengers strapped to them in the airplane, are holding onto students in freefall, or wearing wingsuits on the sunset load... Some even will be seen packing single parachute systems in the middle of the hangar...

I agree with Camo and T Dog, put yourself in the right place and you won't need this forum anymore (for this at least). Play your cards right and you will be running rampent like the rest of these noobs soon enough. Colorado has plenty to do and plenty of cool people willing to show you. Have fun!
