Just curious if any one knows what the biggest CRW stack is in BASE Jumping? I know theres a few old school CRW Dawgs on here so just after some information...

Nice building jumps!

I've seen only 2 stacks done and they were from much lower altitudes than the ITW. I think Yuri K did some in Norway with BASE 175 about 15 years ago. Yuri may have some 3 way or larger stacks. Kevin Vennel did a 2 stack at Bridge Day in 1984. Steve Morrell and his girlfriend did a 2 stack after jumping a 174 foot cliff in 1983.

Ive been asked by a guy who collates all the CRW history/ Records at : http://www.skydivehame.com/cf if i could find out the name of a base jumper who did the first BASE CRW jump with Kevin Venell which was done in Oct 23, 1983 in West Virginia (apparently), Do you know who the other jumper was?

A couple of Canadians did a two stack at BD a few years ago...

I'll ask Kevin (BASE 58). I think he's offshore currently so it may take a week or two to get you that info. Congrats on having CRW BASE. That's a great accomplishment. I'll PM you the info regarding the other jumper's name.

Back in the old days some guy from Paraguay did an 8 stack

Any info about those?

I'd like to get date of the first one. Name of the jumpers are plus but not nessesary.
