 Hucking yourself off of objects, that are tall enough to turn you to mush without proper training and gear, is an ultimate expression of freewill. When the adventure is over and the beers are being opened a sense of overwhelming elation cures negative and enhances the poisitive aspects of your environment. An enlightenning emotion the transpires smiles and radiates bliss to others around you.
Many in this sport are greedy and refuse to understand that this is available to all that wish to seek it. Attacking all aspects of self confidence, low blowing personal conondrums unrelated to skill for reasons I can not explain honestly. Personal opinion is that there just controling douchbags who were not hugged enough as a child. The best course of action for jumpers with this particular attitude(haters) is to simply ignore there attempts to ellicit an emotional response and continue to act out of your volition.
So for anyone who feels left out and alone on objects due to haters doing what they do best remember that there is a special place in hell for them. Never let anyone make you think that you do not deserve what you want out of life, smile, and tell them your going to go huck yourself.

sweet - so when beginners are killing themselves left right and center, and the sport is dead, we'll all be stoked. i like your thinking nicholas. there is a reason we need to know the difference between the A lines and brake cascade, or be able to tell if our base rig has a kill-line pilot chute or not ;) remember that?

Since you can't see me I'll just describe my actions. I am shaking my head and looking down in shame at the thought of that.

Are FJC's all about the $$$ or are they screening potential base jumpers? Seems to me that there are some issues there. Especially when jumpers are coming from other countries and they might return to burn.

so I assume you've talked to some shrink and have some sort of diagnose. Just asking because from your posts you seem to live in a paranoid delusional reality of your own that makes sense only to you and I'm interested in what kind of mental condition predisposes you to that kind of thinking.

 

im still a noob.........but

i dont feel alone at the exit point unless i choose to be up there alone. ive got plenty of SOLID friends with solid experience jumping fixed objects. this is because i went about approaching BASE jumping in the correct manner.......

i put in my time, paid my dues ground crewing, found myself an EXCELLENT mentor, took an FJC and slowly broke into the scene in the northwest.............while at the same time LISTENING to those with way more experience than me because they actually do care and they know what they are talking about, wether or not it is what i want to hear
