What are the heights of these two places. I am not a jumper just curious.

Both locations have multiple exit points, Kjerag is consistently @ 1000m, Lauterbrunnen ranges up to @ 600m, just a generalisation, more specifics from the people in the know? regards B.

It is better if you specify which height. Exit to impact, exit to LZ or exit until do or die ledge.
As far as I know, Kjerag has no exits to impact greater than 600m. You have to earn the extra alt with tracking skills.
