You have an odd taste in picking your favorites... I´m pretty sure Karr didn´t mean to hit that tree in full flight so you´re saying that one of your favorite vids is a clip where undoubtedly talented flier makes a mistake and luckily walks (flies) away with it. For each of his own of course but I personally like more the vid´s where talented people (like Karr) make successfull, beautiful and calculated lines.
And commenting on the video in the first post, this will be the year of tracking. Tracking is the new wingsuiting. :) Good stuff.

That moment was just.. incredible, and fascinating, just like base jumping and proxy flying as a whole, but this jump especially. Also, what makes you think Andrey didn't do this (at least partly) intentionally? I mean, he's a pro, starting base at 16 and all that, doing multiple gainers off 300 ft and proxy flying now
