Hello, my name is Matt Fathers, everyone calls me Dadsy, you can if you want. I have been lurking on here for a bit, so I thought I would introduce myself.
I am a 40 year old plumber from Australia. Ive been skydiving for a few years with over 150 jumps now, with the idea of eventually getting into BASE.
That time has now come, I received my gear from APEX a few weeks ago, and Ive booked my FJC with pressurized this september.
Ive met a few BASE jumpers and one has agreed to show me how to pack. And ive put my BASE canopy into a spare skydiving rig to practice with. So I will have a bit of experience with it before I get to Austria.
