Learning BASE in Midwest?
Hello, I'm still very new to skydiving, but got into the sport with BASE as my end goal. I started skydiving in September 2011. I'm up to a mere 77 jumps so far. But I plan to have 200 by July.
As I am becoming more experienced, I would like to be thinking about BASE a little more. To start, I am wondering if there is much of a BASE scene in the midwest. I imagine not, since we probably don't have many objects to jump.
Does anybody have some advice on learning around here? Are there people I can talk to in the area? I jump primarily at Skydive Chicago.
Thanks!
Adam
