Does anyone know of any buildings in London where people can get permission to do a base jump from?

Is it something that's very hard to come by?

don't give away my plans for this July when i attend the real royal wedding in London....and when I drive through London with Pippa I will have a real gun on me, not such an european excuse for a gun (but then again it was in France and we all know they start running when they see a big gun - or even a small gun if a German is holding it;o)
