It depends on the jumper. It also depends on the deployment method, S/L or PCA's don't seem like too much of a risk. Also, bridle snags aren't just limited to new jumpers.
What about bridle wraps? You know, when the bridle is wrapped around an arm or leg for various reasons. Should new jumpers not be allowed to to go hand held or go stowed?
Or what about new jumpers pulling low? Is it ok for a jumper with a thousand jumps to pull low and not a new jumper?
BASE will kill whoever it wants, wherever it wants, and whenever it wants. BASE doesn't care if you go home tonight. It's obvious that you do. But in reality, you can not stop it, you can try, maybe you will prevent a death, that would be great. It's like telling people not to text and drive. Nobody listens because after all, it can't happen to them.
