I finally went to do. Would love all the information I can get. cause being 26 years old I don't need to kill my self for not being smart. I hope I hope financial it doesn't to much to get start or do it.

Now I hope by introducing myself I didn't go over board and step on board members toe's member's toe's..

Hope to get all the information possible form the forums, and hope I get welcome in.

Also sorry if any words are spelled bad or incorrect

Re: [Eric1985] Introducing Myself Eric N
From the way it sounds is that you have never made a jump a day in your life, am I correct on that? If so this is not the place to start learning to jump. You want to go to www.dropzone.com. That is where you would need to start, get your license to skydive and gain the experience that way before attempting anything with base jumping. With no experience or skydives under your belt no one in this community will teach you how to jump from objects. Some folks around your DZ might base jump and when they believe you have enough experience they may teach you.

Start out with a tandem to see if you like it or if you know your going to like it just go straight into the AFF program at your local DZ or the closest DZ you want to jump at and learn. This is if what I believe I read that you don't have any jump experience. That website I gave you will have information about DZs that is in Ohio.

Good luck

Good luck

Thank You Long2jump for all information. That is so true never made a jump in my life. Differently will get the training 1st and for most. I would went to earn my respect with community even though I'm NEWBIE and I did say newbie not shameful of it, Got learn somewhere, its like baby crawl to baby steps to walking then jumping.

Only things I have done are, Rock Climbing, Auto Racing. What I have learning from doing them two. There is a point of No Return and a respect that has to come with it.

Thanks so much Long2Jump. We maybe would meet some day.

Is this the grammar forum? Are you Gauley the grammar guide? Was his introduction lost in translation because he can't properly inject a preposition between his adjectives and nouns? No? Then...

No worries, now go and get some skydives! Halfpastniner said he works at one of the DZs in Ohio, I also know someone who works at a diff DZ in Ohio. Get onto dropzone.com and you will find the closest DZ to your location and you can also look through the forums. There is alot of great stuff there. If you have a question look through the forums first to see if someone else had asked the same question to avoid re-posts.

Truth about Spelling
Everyone assumed the bad speller just wasn't as smart as the rest of the class. That may have been a big mistake the problem may have been undiagnosed dyslexia people who have this brain disorder are usually as smart, or even smarter than average historians report that George Washington had dyslexia so did Albert Einstein.
