Re: [TomAiello] Perrine Bridge Maintenance
I just got off the phone with Todd Hubbard at ITD.
The equipment is at another job site, so the schedule here depends on if that job finishes on time.
Assuming that it all goes as planned, the timeline looks like this:
Work will begin on June 11th, on the east (northbound) side of the bridge (the regular exit side). Work is expected to go on continuously (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for 24 days.
The east side (regular exit) sidewalk and traffic lanes should be closed for approximately 12 days (from the 11th to the 23rd).
The west side (dark side) sidewalk should be closed from approximately June 23rd to July 5th.
All scheduling is tentative, because they are not sure if the equipment will be available on time.
Jumping will be allowed to continue as normal from the open side of the bridge during the construction. I'm going to sticky this for a while.
