not every jump site is fully legal.
many people jump for themselves, and not to brag.

so why are surprised that some people resent being approached by someone who barges in, fails to introduce themselves, and asks for relatively private information? where else is that socially acceptable?

do you walk up to random people and ask to see pictures of them?

do you lack all sense of propriety?
