Hey guys. I just moved out here to Riyadh. Has any jumped out here and/or know any jumpers in the region? I'm guessing that anyone jumping is probably in Dubai but I'd rather not have to fly to jump. Any help is appreciated.

Dude.. hell yeah there is shit to jump there. It's pretty damn crazy stuff though. Dirty low. If memory serves me right they did some kind of BASE competition.. Let me see if I can find it..

Upon further review it was not exactly a BASE jump i guess.. maybe some other odd local event. None the less I believe those cliffs are much to small to successfully jump.

well... watching that clip gave me my wtf moment of the day

My friend Steve Morrell (RIP) jumped a 600 foot cliff near Riyad that he called Rag's Head Point. It's about a 6 or 7 mile walk from the nearest place to park from what I recall. He discovered it while flying C131s to and from a military base. Look up Steve Morrell stories and there will be more detail about the cliff. He got hurt on that cliff back in 1989 and missed Pan Am 103 because of the flight. Pan Am 103 was blown up over Lockerbie Scotland by Libyan terrorists.

There are VERY high buildings in Mecca.

So:
1) become a muslim.
2) go on Hadj
3) get into a building
4) jump it
5) get away alive.
