I recently spoke to a very experience jumper and it was suggested that I get a OSP as my first canopy, had a quick search and could only find dated info/and experiences on it. I was wondering what your personal experience is, good or bad, taken to terminal, and whether its a suitable choice for a first canopy, or should I go for a more all round canopy for example a troll.

so who are you and what constitutes "very experienced" for you?

well, my first canopy was and still is a OSP, i used it for a few sub and more terminal jumps in italy.
compared to a troll, there is not a huge difference.

a while ago i quitted jumping because at my place aren´t any mountains around.

selling a used canopy for 1680€ may be a bit tough considering that it's advertised retail in the EU is ~~ 1730€, and those outside EU can get it for ~~1460€
