Don't take this the wrong way but I have to say that I looked at your questionnaire and found it a little lacking. The grammar was terrible and if that wasn't enough there is slang terminology used frequently throughout. This makes it hard to understand the intent of the questions, making it very difficult for people to help you with your project.

If you are going to be using that questionnaire for data you are compiling for a thesis in educational studies I suggest you go back to the drawing board and clean it up.

Also want to point out that some of your questions suggest you are trying to link childhood trauma to BASE jumping...a large number of the questions suggesting abuse at home. It almost seems like you have come to some conclusions before actually gathering data.

As I go through your questionnaire I'm growing more and more displeased. You clearly are not doing broad research in an attempt to discover ANYTHING about BASE jumpers. You have already made an observation and for some strange reason have devoted your thesis to proving these issues are common (we all are not like your boyfriend). Obviously you are focused on a particular aspect of BASE jumpers personalities (broken homes and childhood trauma). I would like to know exactly what your thesis statement is before continuing.

Some examples:
Did your father treat you in a way you felt ashamed of?
Did your mother treat you in a way you felt ashamed of?
Do you think your father were extremely anxious something could ever happen to you?
Do you think your mother were extremely anxious something could ever happen to you?
Was your father able to cuddle with you?
Was your mother able to cuddle with you?

The possible answers are: No, never Yes, sometimes Yes, often Yes, always

What about "Only after anal" as an option?

the population you are trying to analyze is small enough as it is, and the sample size you're likely to get will be much too small to derive any useful correlations from all those questions.
I also suggest you think about making a new questionnaire from scratch...

If your boyfriend really is a BASE jumper, consult with him about your questionnaire.

your survey seems to think that people can not grow beyond their past, that they are limited by their circumstances. what a depressing outlook that I doubt is common amongst BASE jumpers.

Most kids that have been abused don't grow up to engage in risk taking behavior. You're implying that it takes a great amount of emotional instability, for someone to want to base jump.

You're also implying that most base jumpers thrive on being the center of attention, are prone to histrionics and are extremely reckless, when in fact most base jumpers are careful, calculated, and prefer solitude or small groups.

Generally, they are quiet, and unassuming and you would never know they were base jumpers unless they told you or know them personally.

First of all I want to thank all those of you, that filled in the questionnaire. I was happily suprised how many responds I got. Also I want to thank you for the contructive critisism I got. The questionnaire is not available at the moment, because I want to work on the English phrases once again.
For your information:
The questionnaire is divided in three parts. In every part you´ll find a questionnaire on a subtopic. These questionnaires are known in humanities for decades and are standardized and proved measuring instruments. Since I will also check the validity of these preexisting tests, I cannot randomly modify questions included in the questionnaires.

That can only mean one thing, Jesus was a BASE jumper.
