Soo it's been a few years since Johnny invented the SP.
Who's doing what? And we're talking about sub-400'.
If you still use the normal one, do you feel there are any specific downsides to the super mushroom? Just curious, I mean, the PC is the most important part of a base rig, isn't it?

sub 500' is a HUGE range. i would use any of the above methods within that range.

400 is still a big range. just saying, i don't even care what SIZE PC i have on at 400, let alone how or whether i stow it.

wouldn't really limit my choices on technique until i'm down below 250. and for the sake of your poll, i mostly do standard mushroom S folded in hand. i don't think there is any benefit in keeping it loose. in fact, i am of the opinion that it is actually worse. you can throw a wad farther and faster than something with a huge round tail dragging behind it. getting the PC to a clean bridle stretch is utmost in my mind.

Ok, but just so everyone knows, this poll is about whether anyone uses the super mushroom, not about going stowed or handheld. Looking at the results.. seems that people are either skeptical or just don't know this packing technique.
