Very Interested.
Yeah, I'm very interested in BASE Jumping. I just started skydiving, and I'm currently at 15 jumps, nothing big. I plan on spending a few years in skydiving . I do not have a goal of a set number of skydives I just know it will be way over the 200 - 250 and when I feel comfortable, because there is one thing im not interested in and that is killing myself atleast quickly. The whole reason I started skydiving is to one day BASE jump. I love skydiving so Im not in any hurry to fly through that, I want to take my time and enjoy that world. Two questions I do have are... One, I've read a lot on the proper way to get into the world of BASE and one thing I read was to do lots of BASE canopy drills throughout my skydiving career, while I have plenty of altitude. How early should I start skydiving a BASE canopy even though it will be a while before I want to start my BASE journey? Two... I live in the South around nothing jumpable. I don't figure there would be anyone BASE jumping in my area, but what do I know. When I do decide I feel like I'm ready what would be anyones adive on gettin into it.

Earlier is better.

Lol. If the location in your profile is correct, I shipped a rig to an active jumper in your town last week. You should ask around at your nearest DZ a bit more.

Mr Wendell
There are a few BASE jumpers in TN.
There are several objects also in TN.

So stay patient, If you continue SKY
jumping then you will meet some of
the former and in time maybe get
invited to jump a few of the latter.
