havent jumped either but everyone i talk to says the x1 is better

both were out when i ordered my suit. i decided to go with the x and have been happy with it. but frankly, there seems to be some variation in his suits within the same model. my suit looks more like a cross between an s and an x compared to other people's x birds. on a side note, just to warn everyone, i am planning on using the word "frankly" more often. this will make me appear smarter than all of you. also be prepared for the variation, "quite frankly."

I have the X2, and i have jumped the X. The X2 is a much faster suit, now that it has the tail of the apache. However, don't get the X2 if you are planing on any sort of acrobatic moves, the X is better for that. And yes, lately there has been a HUGE variation in the suits that Tony has Put out…..

"Tony Suits, no two are the same" heard that one the other day. "Some assembly required" also.

With such a variety, some might even look like a V4...

What do you want from a WS? What are you planning to do with it, and what kind of wingsuit experience do you already have?

It might be that there are some alternatives you could consider

I want a suit that can start flying really fast, to be able to jump from not so high exit points. I have 60 ws jumps, all of them with my P2...

I don't know what your skill level is other than you having 60 WS jumps but I would stay with the P2 a while longer before you jump to the X/X2. Those suits are in completely different skill categories. You should consider progressing with an R bird/S bird/Ghost3 before a X/X2. Plus the Tony bird suits fly very differently than you phantom2 so progressing with an intermediate Tony Suit would make sense before the leap to the X/X2. Just my 2 cents.

60 ws BASE, and 100 skydives with my P2...
