FYI a small crew of us were up on Dragon's Nest yesterday and the top rope of the jugging section has just about worn through. The jacket has totally worn off and one of four cords of the core has severed. We tied the section off with a directional figure 8 (no one in the group could remember how to tie an alpine butterfly). Just wanted to throw that out there so others would approach that section with caution before it has been replaced.

Also , there is a 30 foot 5 mm static rope at the exit that we use for static line jumps ... please leave it there ,thx :-)

Rope is changed , all good now !

5mm kevlar rope? (tech cord?) hell, I have used 5.5mm kernmantle parachute cord AS a static line weak link.
