First time coming out for the boogie (or to Moab for that matter) and am hoping to meet a bunch of people. Is anybody up for splitting a car rental? Do I need to rent a car? I'm also bringing trad and sport climbing gear for windy days if anyone is interested.

Looks like i'm in too now. Arriving later in the week (weds/thurs), until sunday some time.

Anybody have reviews for hotels?

I have stayed at the motel 6 which was clean & cheap, but there was little space for indoor packing. Otherwise I would just stay there again.

That is where we were staying. Last year we were packing in the hallways (top floor) without any issues. We were always good about cleaning up the random desert shit that lets left around though.

We have stayed in the Castillos, Both Rim Properties and the Cottonwood Cottage Home. All are awesome, however, Cottonwood is right in town, walking distance to everything, cool outside area, but you have to move furniture if a couple of you are packing inside. Outside has a small yard to pack in. The Condos are actually much larger with garages, big living areas so plenty of space to pack.

Call this place and mention the Turkey Boogie. I got double beds for $72.00 a night(sleeps 4 easy). They are opening a big ol' conference room for 24/7 indoor packing. Sweet heated pool and hottub. 200' across the street from the Moab Brewery.
