Hi Guys and Girls, sometimes life deals you a hard one... I'm traveling to DC from Australia very soon with my girl to go to a wedding. you would think great! but... the wedding is on BRIDGE DAY! she says to go to bridge day and she will go to the wedding alone but alas I'm sure there will be future issues if it went down that way. So my next question is, are there any DC Base jumpers that would like to take an Aussie under their wing for a jump or two before or after bridge day? looking forward to meeting other jumpers from the abroad and the hospitality would be gladly repaid if said DC jumpers ever travel to OZ. Dude, you need new friends. Real friends don't schedule weddings on Bridge Day.

base428 is spot on. You can play with the inverse and try to juggle everything around but you will come to the conclusion that base428 is correct eventually.

I told my wife she needs to accept two things about me and we will get along great:

2) When in doubt, refer to #1.

Go to bridge day. As long as you are not missing your wedding, who cares!?! If she cannot accept that, C-YA!

My wifes birthday is Oct 14th, which is almost always the BD weekend.

I spent my honeymoon BASE jumping in Moab. Beat that.

I opened a new exit in moab the morning of my wedding which was in Arches NP, then drove to the Royal Gorge GF games

Our honeymoon was spent at Brento and LB :)

The OP will have a hard time finding any DC jumpers BD weekend because, well, they'll all be at BD
