Actually he did have helmet!!! You can even see it on the video that it comes off on the impact....

Object Impacts are always entertaining but, I SO Would have liked to have seen about 4 more Seconds of the initial Opening before impact on that vid. that is not shown .

Lucky was in a serious accident, and is in a coma. He isn't dead.

Hey, I'm new to this; however, my question is, did his canopy have the one-way vents? I don't think it did...would that have helped? I hear it makes it way easier to back up/ steer a canopy away from a wall strike and/or ride it down slower and smoother.

Has there ever been a report on what exactly happened to Lucky? He sure made a huge push for Facebook likes and friends and then had an accident and not a word accept that he's in a coma.... any reports?

There was just a large article in outside magazine about him in the US. Lots of broken bones and a brain injury. He is mostly "recovered" but will never quite be the same, ie limping and just a bit slower cognitively. All things considered, pretty remarkable.
