I've heard that black material is actually more dense than white material due to the dye. Since my rig is all white on one side and all black on the other, do I need to be concerned about off-heading openings?
Quick responses are appreciated because I'm supposed to go do my first low cliff tonight with some guy that has a bunch of jumps.

Just tighten the legstraps more on one side to compensate. :|

The difference in sides should be negligible for slider down.

Though I suppose at night you should be fine

The white side will inflate slightly quicker but the bottom skin expansion will be about the same as a single color canopy. Since the white side will inflate sooner, you should be prepared to steer toward the white side ever so slightly after it slams open.

good point. also, make sure you exit with the opposite foot as the lighter side, that's what I do. Or, if you go poised (a good idea on cliffs, especially) you might consider parting your hair towards that side, or jumping with only one shoe.

Get a pilot chute that spirals a lot to correct the off heading tendency of your white/black combination.

What about your balls?
Most men has different size balls, how will that effect the opening?

The human body automatically corrects for that by choosing right/left handedness. The chance of having equal sized balls is very small, so ambidextrous males typically have none.

If you knew Pope you would realise that this is indeed quite a serious post, he should evaluate which side of his face his twitch is acting up on, (it alternates), and if he packs by keeping the canopy to the opposite side the color shouldn't matter, be very careful if he offers to loan you his rig, as is usually the case, after he lines up a loaner to keep the gear fear demons at bay, then you will have to keep a close eye on the face spasms and adjust your body position accordingly in relation to the object Or like most of us in the know, avoid jumping with the grim reaper's apprentice.
