Just currious. Does anyone know of any FJC's that the students jump an object other than a "S" on their first jumps?

Slutty BASE occasionally starts their
advanced students on a freestander.

If memory serves me correctly, some years back Morpheus used to do a FJC in FL with first jumps made at night, from an A, with an outside peg climb, and off the structure (no platform) exit. I had 2 friends do this course, and it was a pretty raw introduction and ideal for UK jumpers wanting to return and get active.

I think there is something said for this type of introduction, how many would rush to do an FJC after 200 skydives if there wasnt a relaxed daytime span to get off?

I believe that Bombproof did one off our local slider off cliff(450ft) here in AZ several years ago,but was met with serious scrutiny from the base community.

i've done FJCs from a freestander. it's also where i got mine, and many others i know as well.
