I always thought, how the F@#$ do people pack clamps in their rig?

yesterday I managed to leave 2 clamps in my rig, of coarse it easily noticeable and I always count my tools, so I pulled them out right away.
I got to thinking, what else have I missed

I don't necessarily think it is a problem with complacency, but rather distractibility & being in a hurry. I now always count my tools when I am done packing.

When it happened to me I had done a couple of jumps, I was eager to get another one in but also I was very very tired. Yes complacency was also certainly part of the formula.
It was at the easy bridge.
My buddy Jean-Marc almost went in that week-end; the 4 hour drive back home was kind of weird...

I have a way i pack so that i do a pre check and a post check...sort of like a airplane. that way you cant miss things
