Hi, Looks like my primary stow has burnt my canopy and made a small hole during opening. I could pretty easily put a micro patch over the small hole, or is it not worth worrying about. Any suggestions?

The attached photo is of the hole in the tail pocket where the primary stow is placed.

im not a rigger but... :

if stiching is ok, just leave it.
if stiching is opening up, overstich. (or at least have a look at it from time to time that its not opening up further)
if this happens more often, change something in your packing method or get piece of tape or something sewn there.

Your canopy is out of service

just send it to me for a more detailed study

No worrries mate except at the exit point. The structural integrity is there. Everything else is psychological if you think about it.
