Base in Japan?
Has anyone done any base in Japan? I lived there Dec-April and did a lot of exploring on the north island of Hokkaido since I was a ski guide. There are a lot of mountain bridges/tunnels that have potential. Some of them we used for man-made cliffs to drop on skis and the higher ones could be fairly straightforward base jumps. The police in Hokkaido are much more lax compared to urban areas in southern Japan. I feel like they would be much more curious than anything and if it came down to it would just issue a warning.
