I think it's on a skydiving rig. You'll never have a bag entanglement on a BASE jump.

Why even bother with a dbag on a BASE canopy? Just freepack the damn thing, it's got a tail pocket for a reason.

Was that a velcro rig or a pin rig?

I've seen something like that. It turned out to be an entanglement between the shrivel flap and the tail pocket velcro.
