deep sea base?

ENR.com (subscription needed) posted article about new floating wind turbines for deep ocean wind energey generation. they are supposed to be somewhere around 300' above water, towed out to sea and anchored with mooring lines. photo from article attached. Maine is supposed to be the proving ground for this.

not for any old 300' object, but it would be pretty unique, enough for me to take a spare rig out there.
