hello!

does anyone know or ever tried to pack a 285troll mdv into a apex dp size 6 container?
i checked the apex manual container chart at page 55

and i if guess right that a 285troll has the size of an 293flik then it should work with a firm fit, but i am not sure and at the moment i have no possibility to test if it works .

i hade a troll 265 mdv in a dp6 it was perfect.. but i think its possible to have 285 aswell but realy tight then..

If you contact Apex, Todd will discuss canopy / container fit with you. He called me about this very subject on a recent order and had great info for me.

According to Apex's manuals, however, the Apex DP "firm" fit would pair a DP6 with any of the following canopies:
FLiK 293
Fox 285
Rock Dragon 288

Note: The manual, oddly, makes no mention of the FLiK 280 in the size/fit chart. Just so you know.

Just so people know, a Troll 285 is actually a 301sqft canopy by most standard measurement methods. Stane use a unique measure system. So yes it will probably be a little tight since a DP7 is made for a flik 293

thanks for the answers. the apex dp 6 is firm fit on the flik299, so it should be okay for a 285troll (301).
2 sqf should not make much difference but i would feel more comfortable if someone who tried it can tell me.
maybe i get an answer from apex soon.

if it's not working i need to buy a new container.......
