From what I hear it's only been jumped a couple of times and is quite technical. You need the winds and tides to be right and even then the landing is tricky, a boat is strongly recommended.

The site is sensitive with coast guard, you should only go with the locals.

All very true. I already talked to the locals but was given information at the site that someone else recently jumped it. They didn't know if it was a basejumper or something else.

There is a certain wingsuiter/base jumper that always fraps in the night before heliboogie in kjerag and gets rescued as the safety meeting is on he jumps this a few times every year...if he reads this he will PM i am sure...Tongue

600 feet, wind sensitive, rocky landing. Jumped it with a gainer, great thanks to locals. Basic rule: always contact locals.

im a skydiver, not yet a base jumper and am from ireland and will be here for the next 4 months finishing university

if any fairly experienced base jumpers are travelling over to do any jumping over here and would like a ground crew to help out fire me a pm

lurked gere for months and months but only registered after seeing this thread
