That would be a heck of a way to compile data on a bunch of sites. Put it up and then mine the information out of people's log books as they joined the site. It seems like the potential for abuse (and even for lawful use in criminal prosecution of jumpers) would be pretty large.

You (as the programmer/administrator) would still get a lot of data from it.
Seriously, though, if you wanted to be sure it never got subpoenaed in a court proceeding, you'd have to do something like charter the corporation in Dubai and maintain the servers offshore. And hide who you were pretty well (which might mean that no jumpers would use it because they couldn't be sure who could read the data). Either that or use it for legal jumps only, which would kind of defeat the purpose.
