I can't think of way to make a video look any older, like watching a black and white film of Babe Ruth. I'm sure these guys remembered "McKinnley-nomics"

There was no consumer video cameras available in 1980 so yes, it was shot on film. In fact it wasn't until about 1984 before JVC came out with the first non-commercial video system. It was a camera and a separate (but relatively small) recording deck. I remember because I bought one to skydive with and I shelled out about 900 bucks for it. And that was a lotta dough in 1984, LOL! NickD
