do you teach them static line also? i mean in the second grade ?

I think it's a great idea. You could set up a tethered balloon out by Elsinore, and run FJC's from it. Then, in a couple years, you might find out about a legal bridge in Idaho and decide to move your courses there because it's cheaper and easier.
