I had originally decided not to rent out any of my gear this year, because I am not planning on attending.
However, it seems like a lot of people are looking for gear, and one of my friends has kindly offered to shepherd my gear for rentals if people want it. So I've got about 15 rigs I can rent.
I will charge $250 to rent a rig for the day. The rigs can come to you packed for an additional $40. There are no charges for getting the gear wet or dirty (I think dirt is a fact of life in BASE, and I also think we ought to encourage people to land in the water if there's any chance they might get even slightly injured trying to land dry).
You can either pay me in advance via check or paypal, or pay cash when you pick up the rig at the event.
Gear will arrive at the event sometime the week before (not exactly sure when) and will need to be returned the evening after the jumping.
If you want a rental rig, please email me (tom@snakeriverbase.com). I'll be bringing the rigs from Idaho to Virginia around Sept 28, and I only intend to bring the gear that people have reserved by then. After I get things across the country it will be too late to go and fetch more.
