wingsuiting big cliffs
question since i'm ignorant regarding this subject:

1) when exiting, how much wind is too much at the exit point?

2) when proxy flying, is it a very rare event? do you have to jump when there is absolutely no wind, particularly thermals, which i imagine would be rare?

thanks

Not a winger but I have observed this:
Skill in presenting the wing to the air flow. Proxy, lies in doing morning jumps before the therms take off. Just check youtube vids with shadows. Mountain winds are very predictable.
Take care,
