Yes.
It is a problem that is inherent to the design of the inlet. See attached pic. The Matter as you know has the inlet parallel to the bottom surface of the wing. This means that most of the opening is parallel to the relative wind when you fly fast. This causes the wing to not pressurize properly at all flight angles. So you'll have to learn to work within a small range of angles where the wing pressurizes enough to not cause flutter.
The S3 leg wing inlet(and all inlets on modern suits) is(are) as shown, perpendicular to the relative airflow. This allows solid pressurization in any steady state flight angle.
