You got to understand I had a lot of pump going on right then, I was seeing stars when I landed probably from the pure rush of that jump. Like the video says, it was stupidity to do that from a 300ft E. Head was pinned down, but somehow I found the rears and got away with it.

awsome recovery dude...bet the CO would hate to see that one. But seriously, awsome recovery...I definitly don't have the nuts for that

I think the two main reasons why I didn't get hurt, after choosing to do an aerial I'm not that great at off a low cliff is: First, quick reaction on the rears. Second, I jump a BlackJack with a composite upper surface. God Bless Gear Manufacturers!

Luck doesn't get you out of 180 and line twists, reactions do, props on the recovery. However the jump...hope ya don't try that again.
