I paid an individual $600 for mentorship. This was back in 2002 when finding someone to even talk to you at the dz was hard.......but I never gave up, and it was well worth it cause I learned on an very popular illegal object. Most now a days learn at the Potato in daylight with lots of chicks watching

Here is my advice. Make sure this person is well qualified. 38 jumps off the Perrine, 3 sub-terminal A jumps, and 1 terminal A jump DOES NOT make them qualified IMO. You can learn some fukced up habits from people who think they are well rounded jumpers but are really not.
