Well just wanted to tell you guys how nice and how great of a customer service Kathy has at Morpheus Technologies.

In February of this this year i had ordered a Atair OSP 245 from Kathy. I had put down 50% and she told me it was going to be 2-3 months for the canopy. Well Stan at Atair got really busy and it took a few extra months for the canopy to get made, No biggie i was busy working full time at my dropzone this summer so not much jumping was made anyway with my old canopy! When i got the canopy around July 1st, i opened up the box and it was a Troll 245 :( CRAPPPPPP!!!!!

Well i called up Kathy that night and she realized the order got messed up by accident and a troll was ordered by accident. She told me i could jump this canopy all i want until my new one was made. That was very very nice of her, but realizing she would take a huge hit on that canopy and out of respect i only jumped it once. She payed for a new OSP out of her pocket and it got here in 3 weeks. She was always returning phone calls or email as soon as she got them and helped me out very much with this whole ordeal. She has the best customer service i have ever dealt with. She was never once rude or getting fed up with me about any of this! I got my new OSP and just hooked it up and cant wait to jump it! I will always go back to her for more products and i will always recommend her!

Kathy is the US dealer for Atair canopies. This mistake in ordering does not reflect on the customer service that Morpheus Technologies provides. I can vouche for that being a customer and friend of theirs.

It took 3 weeks because Im sure Stane rushed it due to the ordering mistake. If you wait 4 months for the wrong product are you going to wait an additional 3 months for production for another's simple mistake? He cut the line

then call a mass production BASE company with robotic technicians standing by on phones pumping out CAD rendered canopies and tech support supervisors that you can complain to when mistakes are made.

it took just about 5 months to get my OSP which just arrived. kathhy was friendly and helpful the entire time. ATAIR is backed up because they have alot of business and a few hands helping out. this is quality shit, not line made fast food.

kathys is a very helpful person and i support morpheus.

Kathy had nothing o do with the canopy being delayed that much, Stane was hit with a ton of orders and all his order were being held up, i dont mind though...i got a very nice product and it was worth the wait!

When I decided to buy a new custom BASE rig
I contacted Morpheus because I live in Florida
and when possible prefer to support the locals.

Rob (RIP) was super friendly and very patient.
He invited me to visit the shop, answered all
of my dumb questions, explained every option,
measured me, let me test jump a Troll, etc.

Since then Morpheus has made me a second rig
and Kathy continues to be friendly and helpful.
