I created a different profile today, my buddies don't like the internet thing at all, requested that I not participate, instead I made an anonymous profile to reduce heat to my area.

Interesting. They are opposed and yet you feel the need. What is it that you get from participating on the forum?

Mostly education, keeping up on news, staying in touch with friends across the world, but I understand the need in not bringing attention to my area as well and respect that.
