Drum up business? The site is free, I have no advertisements, I make no money at all, and I even pay thousands of dollars a year for a server that can stream HD video. I do it for my friends and the sport communities that I participate in. If you want you can watch the video if not no big deal just wanted others outside of the UK to be able to watch it if they wanted.
