there is no BASE school, staffed by people interested in taking your money. the folks here are enthusiasts, with little to gain from assisting, yet again.
much has been written, both in these forums, and in the
Articles.
BASE really requires self motivation. Please feel free to read as much as you like. I'm betting most of your current questions have been answered already!
