Fatality 24th July 2010 Kjerag/Norway
On the 24th july at Norway,kjerag A Russian Base Jumper ( Anton Knestyapin ) with 200 Base jumps/200 skydives passed away.
The deceased died on a 12 sec rock drop doing multiple aerials, after 10 seconds of aerials he comes out facing the wall at 11-12 seconds turned facing fjord and pitched there was no seperation from wall (tracking) and opened with a off heading hitting wall, multiple cliffstrikes ending up hung up on wall / killed on impact
Jumper was wearing no helmet or protective equipment..
I am sorry for the Russian community who i believe has lost a highly respected jumper..
